Dealing with the overwhelm workshop
By brainstrust - the brain cancer people
Online event
Overview
When you or your loved one is living with a brain tumour it can often feel overwhelming. Join us to explore how you can take back control.
When there is a shift in dynamic, we can’t always cope. We hold onto what we know has worked for us in the past.
Feeling overwhelmed when you have a brain tumour is perfectly natural – it shows that you care – but it can distract you from looking after yourself, meaning you have less energy and drive to perform at your best.
This workshop will help you to address and overcome feeling overwhelmed when you, or someone you love, has a brain tumour.
This workshop will be hosted by brainstrust support specialists.
Please note this workshop is only open to patients and caregivers
