Join us for a trip to the Chilterns, just outside of High Wycombe but somewhere that feels more remote!

Meet us on site. The address is:

Dean Farm House, Deanfield, Bledlow Ridge, HP14 4JG

There is parking opposite the house just off the road. Look out for our truck!

Please can we ask everyone to arrive on time to ensure you do not miss the health & safety and task briefing. If you are late and the session has already started, you may not be able to join. Thank you.

The Task:

We need your help to cut the brush to make small grassland glades to help the rare Duke of Burgundy Butterfly thrive.

What to Bring:

Please bring your gloves (we will have spares) and dress for the weather and the task - long trousers are advisable as there is thorny vegetation. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of fluids.

We will be bring a tea kits and biscuits!

Hand washing facilities will be available.


Volunteering and COVID-19 Government Guidance:

Please do not attend sessions if you have tested positive for COVID or if you have COVID symptoms e.g. a new continuous cough, a high temperature, a loss of, or change in your normal sense of taste or smell.
