Perfect. This space is beginner-friendly and gently guided. You’ll be held every step of the way with meditation, journaling, and reflection. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart.

Do I need to share during the workshop?

Nope. You’re welcome to share if you feel called, but this is a safe, sovereign space. Listening is just as powerful as speaking.

Will this workshop be recorded?

Yes. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive a replay within 24 hours to move through in your own time.

How long is the workshop?

The session will be around 90 minutes, including space for guided practice

What should I bring?

A journal + pen, a quiet space, and (optional) a photo of your younger self. A candle or sacred object that makes you feel grounded can also enhance the experience.

You might. That’s okay—and it’s safe here. Emotions are a form of release and healing. You’ll be supported with grounding practices and post-session suggestions for gentle self-care.

Absolutely. Body image struggles exist on a spectrum, and this space honors all versions of that experience. If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your body, this is for you.
