Death and Bereavement: Impact & Response

WBS is proud to present its first ever seminar!

Addressed to students and staff in helping roles focusing on bereavement work, we have two specialist speakers who will set out the extent and impact of bereavement locally, and go on to examine related issues of depression and risks associated with it.

Bereavement and grief have a universal impact and WBS offers counselling to many of those affected. We hope to demystify the subject for all interested and to offer useful pointers for those working in this field. Death remains a highly emotive topic for most people and it is important to get across the sensitive nuances of its effects on families, friends and supporters.
