Death In Practice: Monthly Grief Therapy Workshop
Overview
Death In Practice is a monthly online group workshop for those ready to overstand their grief by exploring the emotional, social and spiritual realities of loss.
Each Zoom session follows a guided theme from the Questions of Grief series, creating space for reflection, honest conversation and deeper insight.
You’ll receive steady, compassionate and common-sense support as we explore new perspectives and gentle spiritual guidance. Whether you’re grieving a loss, preparing for end-of-life or trying to make sense of your feelings around death and dying, grief is universal and everyone is welcome.
You’ll be a good fit if you’re looking for a small, confidential space where you can talk openly, ask questions and explore both the emotional and practical sides of grief without judgement.
