Death of a Branch Line Guided Walk
Sun 3 September 2017, 14:00 – 15:30 BST
Part of the North York Moors National Park’s Guided Walks Programme. On this 2-mile walk, Chris Bush takes you to the site of a disused railway line, once used by the boys of Ampleforth School.
Crossing another brick-arched bridge to Colley Broach Road, there are views of Newburgh Priory. Further along you see the site of the once-busy station.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Sorry, no dogs.
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
Our guided walks are free, although a suggested donation of £2 is welcome, helping us to care for the National Park.
Booking essential. For more information call 01439 772738.
