Scottish Enterprise invites you to attend this workshop to learn more about its recent Decarbonisation of Scottish Maritime Transport report. You’ll have the opportunity to hear from the report consultants, Optimat, Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Maritime Cluster where an overview on the conclusions and recommendations from the report will be highlighted.

Attendees will then break up into facilitated workshop groups, with discussion topics centred around the report’s core findings and recommendations and allowing you the opportunity to provide feedback. The workshops will include:

• Development of Innovative Technologies and a Maritime Innovation Centre of Excellence

• Battery Electric Vessels and Retrofitting of Innovative Low Carbon/Zero Emission Technologies

• Digitisation of Vessel Operations

• Design, Development and Build of Commercial Demonstrator Vessels

• Net Zero Port Demonstrator(s)

There will also be plenty of networking opportunities to create connections. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
