Our Ecstatic Dance Guidelines

Ecstatic Dance is about community and freedom of expression. To create a safe and open space for everyone, we follow a few simple rules:

✨ No shoes ✨ No phones (be fully present)✨ No talking on the dance floor (let mouvement be the language)✨ No intoxicants (we dance naturally)✨ Consent is key — always ask (non verbally) before joining someone’s dance
