The next Breakfast Club will take place on 4th December 8.30am – 11am, and will include the following:

  • How to innovate with confidence, with Lucy Gower, Lucidity. The pace of change all around us is getting ever faster. So unless we help our teams learn to adapt, our fundraising results and our morale will falter. In this dynamic session, award-winning author Lucy will reveal practical techniques to help you build the bold, resilient culture for your charity to thrive.
  • People don’t so much ‘give to charities’, as ‘buy feelings and identities’ – how to increase connectedness and income, with Rob Woods. Books such as Prof Cialdini’s Influence have shown that what really influences buying/giving decisions is often radically different from what most people imagine. In this energising session, Rob explains a little-known model to help you improve income by increasing donors’ connection to the impact they can make.
  • An unrivalled networking opportunity and solidarity. The chance to quickly make allies and connections at a senior level.
