International Women in Business Düsseldorf (iwibdus) is proud to bring you a hands-on workshop, where you'll step into the role of key decision-makers at a high-stakes product launch during a live cybersecurity incident. Using the aviation-inspired FOR-DEC model, you’ll practice structured thinking under pressure, rapid team alignment, and making confident decisions in uncertain, time-sensitive environments.
Led by Dijena Drenova, who's passionate about making transformation more human, structured, and purposeful and has a background in user experience, design thinking and on change management, she helps people and organizations navigate change in ways that are clear, practical, and people-centered.
