Declutter Your Mind - half-day meditation course
10am-1pm Sat 30 Jan 2021 with Buddhist nun Kelsang Chogma
COURSE INFO
Do you feel like your mind is in overdrive? A stream of clutter turning your mental space into a chaotic mess? If the answer is yes, it means you need to free up some mental space through the practice of mindfulness and concentration.
Just like our external environment, our minds also need tidying up from time to time. Getting rid of all that non-essential mental baggage is crucial to staying focused, motivated and productive.
In this online course we will learn meditations that dissolve away the inner turbulence and negativities, making our mental space like a clear blue sky, the nature of peace.
These meditations awaken our potential for a still and peaceful mind, overcome negative and distracting thoughts and help us develop the inner peace of a calm, clear mind - even in the midst of a busy life.
No experience is necessary to join - everyone is welcome!
