Decolonizing Science
Event Information
About this event
In this thought provoking and eye-opening webinar, we will hear Dr. Chandrima Ganguly discuss the socio-political and historic forces that have shaped so called scientific truths. And ultimately how acknowledging fallibility and, indeed, our own humanity, will lead us to practice better science.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
1. Is science objective?
2. What do we mean by scientific truth?
3. How much of our current belief is dependent on the human experience of the scientist?
YOU SHOULD ATTEND IF YOU:
