Welcome!

This space is created for parents who believe that nurturing your child and nurturing yourself are not mutually exclusive.

Why This Retreat?

Grounded in creative arts and play therapy principles, ecosystemic/existential thinking, and Jungian depth coaching, this retreat helps you come home to your parenting — and to yourself.

And I hope you can give yourself permission to pause and to take some time and space to reorient yourself.

It is a supportive, judgment-free space for parents at all stages — from expecting to empty nesting — who are committed to maintaining (or rediscovering) their personal identity while navigating the evolving demands of parenthood.

You'll step into a safe, creative, non-judgmental space to:

Spend two transformational days on creative exploration and reflection with the view of carrying it forward

Rebuild connection with yourself through art/creative activities/ presence and awareness

Rest, recharge, and reconnect with a community of parents like you

Understand your behaviour without shame or blame

What’s Included:

Expert-led interactive workshops and reflective exercises

Creative activities for personal development and parenting inspiration (clay, painting, sand, metaphor)

Grounding tools for nervous system support

A gentle, shame-free approach to screen-time and emotional regulation

Small group size for safety, depth, and connection

Delicious snacks and drinks/tea/coffee included on both days

A printed workbook and post-retreat resource list

Frequently asked questions

Is this a residential weekend?

This is a non-residential weekend (with optional stay in Temple Lodge Club). This means that if you're local, or would like to stay somewhere else, you could just come on the day on Saturday and Sunday - the venue is a 3 minute walk from the Hammersmith tube station, a short walk from the Apollo.

What’s so special about your work?

Rooted in neuroscience and Jungian/imaginal developmental psychology and arts-based practice, I will support you on your individual journey through helping you expand on your imagination, inspiration and intuition - in parenting and in the relationship you have with yourself. Check my profile.

I’m emotionally exhausted. Will this be intense or draining?

We’ve designed the retreat to feel restorative, not overwhelming. You’ll get quiet time, nourishing practices, and breaks throughout — plus a soft, non-judgmental pace.

What age children is this retreat relevant for?

The tools and reflections apply across a wide age range — from toddlerhood to teens. The focus is less on age-specific strategies and more on how you relate, respond, and reconnect with your child and yourself. That’s why if you’re expecting or you’re an empty nester you’re also very welcome here.

What’s the coaching offer — and do I have to use it?

Each participant gets the option of 6 free hours of 1:1 Jungian coaching (online), to explore whatever feels most alive after the retreat. It’s optional, flexible, and held with the same warmth and respect as the retreat itself.

I can’t attend the retreat — can I just do the coaching?

Possibly! I only take on 12 coaching clients between now and April 2026. If all retreat participants decide to continue with coaching, spaces may fill quickly. In that case, I can place you on a waiting list and let you know if a spot becomes available. If you're interested, please contact me.

What if I’m not creative or imaginative?

The retreat isn’t about being artistic or having a wild imagination — it’s about being present, curious, and open to new ways of connecting with yourself and your child. All activities are designed to be accessible, no matter your background or skill.

What if I only want to do the retreat and not the coaching?

Absolutely fine. The retreat is designed to be a complete, standalone experience. You’ll leave with a deep understanding of the themes we explore — all grounded in neuroscience and developmental psychology. You’ll also receive post-retreat materials to continue your reflection.

Do I need to know anything about Jung, Steiner, or psychology?

Not at all. This retreat is designed to be accessible, experiential, and jargon-free. Everything is introduced gently, with real-life relevance — no prior knowledge needed.

Can I bring my child or baby with me?

This is a child-free space to support deep rest and reflection. We know that’s not always easy to arrange, but it’s part of what makes the space feel truly spacious and restorative for parents.
