Dedicated Dads - January 2026

Welcome to Dedicated Dads!

Please join us on Wednesday 14th January 2026 at 6:00 PM for our monthly meet up where all Dads/Father figures are welcome. This month we will be discussing Emotional Regulation.

What does emotional regulation look/feel like in your home. Why is important to be aware of our own emotional regulation. How do you navigate tricky situations, communicate clearly with empathy. Do you have any strategies?

Our monthly meet ups support Dads/Father Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Dads/Father Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.

Refreshments will be provided.

Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.

Unfortunately, this event is for Dads only and we are unable to accommodate for children to attend.
