Deep Connection & Relaxation Gong Bath
Overview
What is it?
Gong baths are a form of inactive meditation. During the gong bath, the participants lie down and get comfortable with blankets. The Gong facilitator will create a soundscape using a variety of instruments. The Gong is the main instrument where you "bathe" in the vibrations and sound.
