By Sunita Kaur

Overview

Gong Bath immersion through sound, scent and vibration to help bring a state of calm, balance and stillness in the mind and body.

What is it?

Gong baths are a form of inactive meditation. During the gong bath, the participants lie down and get comfortable with blankets. The Gong facilitator will create a soundscape using a variety of instruments. The Gong is the main instrument where you "bathe" in the vibrations and sound. Hence it's referred to as a 'bath' as you are immersed in the vibration.
