What does the "interactive" part of the experience involve?

You will be speaking in pairs and small groups, getting to know each other as you learn. Making new friends. You won't be speaking from the stage. That is a different event.

Will this involve any public speaking?

No. Only for Ben and I.

You will speak in pairs and small groups. We have another experience focused on storytelling and stage presence. If this interests you, ask us.

Question 3

Do I need any previous experience to benefit?

Accepted Answer

No. This works whether you have been many times or if this is your first.

It's a guided process that brings people together in a way that has you learn, grow and connect.

Question 4

Do I have to get there at 6:30pm?

Accepted Answer

Ideally, yes. We have crafted this experience to take you on a specific journey. For you to get the most out of it, it is best you are there from the start.

It is possible to arrive later and still get a lot out of it. Contact David if you are arriving later than 6:50pm.

Question 5

I won't know anyone there and don't feel confident to approach people. Is this event for me?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. As you arrive you will be introduced to other guests and given prompts to help you start interesting & connected conversations.

Throughout the night, you'll be pairing up or getting into small groups.

At no point will you be on your own. You may make new friends.
