An immersive sound bath @ Soper Hall

Etheric Sound will be holding a midweek sound bath after several requests for an August session.

A sound bath is more than relaxation, it’s a reset. It clears energetic build-up, realigns your nervous system and gently brings you back into harmony.

As the sun sets it's the perfect time to relieve the days stress, noise, and tension built up from work, tasks, and interaction. Such a session can positively resets the nervous system while preparing the body for deep, restorative sleep. You may also enter deeply meditative states that promote consciousness expansion, leaving you both grounded and revitalised for the days ahead.

Spaces are limited due to the size of the hall, allowing for a more intimate and focused experience. It is recommend to book early to secure your place.

Sound baths and healing aspects-

Sound healing is an ancient, therapeutic modality which can bring deeper states of relaxation, relieve stress and anxiety, improve focus and clarity, improve sleep patterns, heal and alter states of consciousness to name but a few.

With the use of sound vibrations we can improve the function of our nervous system. As the body relaxes so to will our muscles and nervous system, regulating deeper breathing, slowing our heart rate and calming the mind. At this point the relaxation and restorative healing processes can begin.

It is well documented that people may be feeling tired, unbalanced or just having the need a switch off from their daily routines. In our current climate with so many of us having such busy schedules there’s never been a better time to experience the benefits of restorative sound healing and sound baths.

What to do-

Bring a blanket to get comfy, a pillow, an eye cover, a mat and water to relax while the deep healing vibrations and meditation leave you energised and refreshed for the days ahead.

(There is a limited availabilty of mats on arrival so ple`ase bring your own if possible).
