Thirty years on from Shirley Valentine, 'Deep in The Heart of Me' tells the story of 53 year old housewife Janet who goes on a solo holiday to Greece and meets the woman of her dreams, in a man's suit, singing Frank Sinatra songs. Using songs from the rat pack repertoire to tell their story, this new play explores themes of midlife anxiety and the empty nest with poignancy and humour.
