Find a comfortable space as I guide you on a meditative journey to calmness. All you need to do is join the meeting, lay back and listen.

  • Time away from responsibility including operating heavy machinery, looking after vulnerable people, cooking etc.

About the organiser

I'm Daisy, a qualified Hypnotherapist, registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I have a passion for seeing others thrive and experience the magic of life. Having struggled with stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs, I understand the transformational power of making time to connect with yourself; to enable you to live the life you deserve.

  • Psychological or psychiatric conditions, including (but not limited to) schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, personality disorder, narcolepsy or any form of psychotic episode. By attending the event, I confirm I have never been diagnosed with any psychological or psychiatric conditions or under the supervision of a psychiatrist.
  • Pregnancy
  • Epilepsy
  • Being under the influence of any drugs or alcohol
