Join like minded friends (new or long known), in a safe and sacred online space. Dedicate time to being you, present in a peaceful energy. Here any obstacles can come into your awareness, be acknowledged and the energy gently flow. As the body and mind take a big sigh of relaxation, peace and new insights may arise. This is gentle, effortless healing which will support you in your daily life. You are welcome to relax on your bed and drift into sleep.
