Deep Reset: Breathwork, Sound Bath & Reiki

Come join Awaken with Amy Autumn & Ropana Breathwork for a rejuvenating experience at St Peter's Church in Greenhill. This event combines the power of breathwork, sound Therapy, and Reiki to help you relax, recharge, and realign your mind, body, and spirit.

✨ We’ll begin by settling you into a cosy, cocooned space filled with soothing scents, soft lighting and candle glow.

🌙 Amy will guide a calming meditation with visualisation and body scan to quiet the nervous system and bring you inward.

💨 Joe will then lead a Breath work practice, creating a synchronised group rhythm to release emotions, shift energy and open awareness — supported with sound and gentle, consensual touch if needed.

🎶 You’ll then melt into a restorative sound journey with gong, drum, crystal bowls, voice, harp and more, integrating all the work you’ve done. Finally, you’ll be gently reawakened, ready to leave renewed and restored.
