Join online for a nourishing 30 minute guided meditation designed to help you release tension, soften self-judgement and reconnect with the calm presence within you. In the midst of our full and busy days, it's easy to loose touch with the peace that's always available beneath the surface of thought and striving. This guided mindfulness session offers a sacred pause - an opportunity to rest deeeply, breathe fully and return home to yourself.
During our time together, you'll be guided through:
- A gentle settling of body and mind
- A mindful body scan to soften layers of tension
- A heart-centered practice of self-compassion and ease
- A closing reflection to carry a sense of calm with you
No expereinece is needed, simply come as you are. Whether you are new to meditation or making time to connect to your practice, this is an invitaion to stop doing and simply be.
Allow yourself this half an hour to pause, rest and simply be.
