Welcome to Deep Rest: A Guided Meditation (Yoga Nidra) at Flo Yoga Ltd!
Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘conscious sleep’, is an effortless guided meditative practice that leads to a state of profound relaxation while maintaining awareness. This ancient practice has many benefits, including nervous system regulation, relief from stress and anxiety, inner peace and mental clarity.
We will start with some gentle stretches and breathwork and then lie down for a Yoga Nidra. Mats, props and blankets will be available and it is recommended you wear socks to keep warm. Please feel free to bring along anything else that makes you feel cosy and warm.
