Through mindful meditation, gentle breathing, some light movement and restorative techniques, we will create a sanctuary for your body and mind to rest deeply.

**About your Facilitator:**
I’m Holly, from @salty.soul.yoga. As an experienced Yoga & Meditation Guide and Master Space Holder, I will share with you the practices and techniques that have supported me on my journey. These are the tools that have helped me find clarity, peace, and balance, and I’m honored to offer them to you. Through these practices, I’ve discovered a deeper connection to myself, a more balanced approach to this Life and an ability to see and experience that I am the creator of my reality. It is my intention and my purpose to guide you toward your own sense of peace and well-being.
