Yes! Karen is a highly experienced Yoga Trapeze instructor and will guide you through your journey at whatever level you are.

Question 2

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing with no zips. Gym wear is ideal but also bring layers as you will want to be warm and snuggly when you relax.

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything?

We recommend bringing water to drink. Also, for the sound healing part of your experience, please bring whatever will ensure you are warm and cosy - for example, an extra blanket (we will provide you with a blanket but extras are always worth bringing!), cosy fluffy socks, an eye mask if you like.
