Deep Sym Immersive Session I : Grounding

A connecting and grounding 2 part journey exploring breathing techniques with Sym, an interactive light device that responds to your breathing real-time by visualising it in a soothing immersive light using custom belt sensors. All accompanied by a sound bath to deepen the experience. Don't miss this unique event and an opportunity to deeply relax.

In the first part of the session, focused on breathwork and visual light immersion, we will connect deeply with our breath and with others by using Sym in groups of up to four. Kira will give guidance on engaging the diaphragm which is fundamental to breathwork and guide through a variety of breathing techniques and breath holds which can have a powerful grounding effect. Accompanied by live sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls played by Nikita Suyetin to enhance the Sym experience. As we sync our breaths as a group, Sym may radiate with rainbows!

After the initiation into connecting with our breath and bathing in light, we will go inward and integrate by lying down to submerge into the deep sounds of the gongs for the second part of the evening.

We will close the session with a sharing circle and herbal tea.

Bios:

Kira Zhigalina, founder of Deep Sym, is an award winning artist and a certified breathwork practitioner with years of experience of holding spaces and teaching people about the amazing tool that we all have - breathing.

Nikita Suyetin is a soundbath and gong practitioner trained with Leo Cosendai, who shares with others the practice of listening and feeling sound vibrations through immersive sound baths.
