Deep Winter Reset

Join us for an evening of gentle yoga and indulgent Gong bath aimed to reset your energies in the depths of winter. Suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Bring a mat, blanket, cushion or pillow for your comfort, a mug and your own favourite tea bags! We will provide a few yoga mats and a tasty treat to share at the end.
