Join us for an enlightening eight-week course, "Deeper Mindfulness II: Discover Life Frame by Frame". This course evolved from the original "Frame by Frame" program and is crafted by Prof. Mark Williams, OMC Oxford, specifically for those who've previously dabbled in mindfulness and are eager to explore further.

At the heart of every waking moment lies our perception of the world – a blend of action and reaction, tinged with what's known as 'feeling tone'. Feeling tone instantly signals whether something feels good, bad, or neutral. It influences how we respond to our thoughts, sensations, and emotions, guiding our body's reaction and often leading us unknowingly towards stress or fatigue.

Ancient wisdom and modern psychology highlight mindfulness's importance of 'feeling tone' (vedana). By becoming more aware of these feeling tones, we can avoid the traps of emotional distress and find clarity in our everyday lives. As the renowned meditation teacher Joseph Goldstein suggests, understanding feeling tone is critical to unlocking our deep-seated habits and reactions.

Throughout this course, you'll engage in meditative practices that gradually attune you to these feeling tones, moment by moment. This will help you identify the roots of stress and fatigue and open doors to a renewed appreciation of life, even amidst challenges.

Please note that this course doesn't remedy acute physical or psychological conditions. It's most beneficial when you're in a stable recovery phase or looking for more profound personal growth.

Embark on this transformative journey and rediscover the joy and simplicity of being.

"It has, as it promised, ‘deepened’ my practice. I found it interesting to be introduced to these new concepts. Lots of food for thought. It has also enriched and regularised my practice. Many thanks,"
