You should bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or any other comfort items you like (such as cushions or eye masks) to ensure you're warm and relaxed during the session. Many people like to bring sleeping bags to stay cozy during the session. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the event begins at 7:00 PM so you have time to set up your space and settle in. This ensures we can start on time and you can fully relax.

What if I can’t attend? Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after this time, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let me know in advance if this happens!

Not at all! This soundbath is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re new to sound therapy or have attended sessions before, the experience is designed to relax and rejuvenate anyone.

The soundbath lasts for 1 hour, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please allow a little extra time after the session to reawaken and gather your things before leaving.
