About this event

  • 1 day 9 hours

Yes folks! We're back for 2024, the WORLDS BEST beer and cider festival will be returning to Deeside 🙌

We will shortly be releasing tickets for sale and we've increased our capacity once again!

🏟️ Gladstone scout ground, CH5 3GL

🗓️ 9th and 10th August

We are currently organising our fantastic musical line up, many from previous years will be returning and we'll also have new acts! We can confirm that our Friday headline act will be none other than local legend DJ Lew!

The Saturday headline act will be announced in good time, though I am happy to say that we have secured not only Lew but also Tom Collins and the K's will be joining Lew on the Friday.

Our lovely wives who supported this event last year are doing the same this year with a full on spirit bar, you can support by donating a bottle or simply buying a raffle ticket which are available from the link below!

Our colleagues in Deeside Ladies Circle will be running a prosecco and wine bar too so there is something for everyone!

Lovage and Rosemary will be returning, serving up a host of delicious street food to delight your taste buds and we will also have The Pizza Guys Buckley along too!

We look forward to welcoming you to our festival soon.

Kind Regards

Steve Wood

Frequently asked questions

Can we bring our own chairs?

Yes, no problem we will provide seating like in previous years using hay bales

Is the festival dog friendly?

In previous years we have allowed dogs to the festival, though last year there were safety concerns as the festival grows in popularity. For the safety of festival-goers and more importantly the dogs, this year we're not allowing dogs unless they are guide/assistance animals.

Is the event child friendly?

As with dogs, previously we have allowed children to the event however, due to the type of licenses that we need to put on the event and also capacity. This year we're asking you to leave the kids at home, time to book the grand parents in to baby sit :)

Can we bring our own food / drink?

We ask that people only bring light snacks, we have two food vendors this year like with previous years so there is no need to bring a full picnic, please support them as they give their time freely. Any alcohol being consumed will be taken from you and sold back to you. Please do not bring alcohol.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, as in previous years we will have parking on site that will be marshalled this year to make as much use of the limited space we have.
