Bydd y digwyddiad yn cyd-fynd â themâu llais y dinesydd a chydgynhyrchu, a diwylliant a chydweithio. Bydd y ffocws ar gymunedau o le.

defnyddio dull seiliedig ar gryfderau i rannu arfer a chynnal trafodaethau, myfyrio a dysgu

yn gwahodd ymarferwyr i rannu arfer o amgylch y gweithdy pwnc ac esbonio’r hyn a gyflwynwyd ganddynt, sut , y galluogwyr a’r heriau , amlinellu effaith eu gwaith ar unigolion , partneriaid a’r gymuned yn gyffredinol yn ogystal â’r camau nesaf

yn caniatáu lle i ddysgwyr fyfyrio ar yr hyn y maent wedi'i glywed a'i ddysgu ac i gwestiynu

galluogi ymarferwyr a dysgwyr i gymryd rhan mewn trafodaethau strwythuredig sy’n annog dysgu pellach a myfyrio gyda ffocws penodol ar un neu fwy o’r themâu.

Evaluating the impact of community activities: using lived experiences

The event will be aligned with the themes of citizen’s voice and coproduction, and culture and collaborative working. The focus will be on communities of place.

Objectives:

apply a strength based approach to sharing practice and the undertaking of discussions, reflection and learning
invites practitioners to share practice around the topic workshop and explain what they delivered, how , the enablers and challenges , outline the impact of their work on individuals , partners and community at large as well as next steps
allows space for learners to reflect on what they have heard and learnt and to question
enables practitioners and learners to take part in structured discussions that encourages further learning and reflections with a particular focus on one or more of the themes.

Content

1. Framing the wellbeing agenda in the Wellbeing Economy

2. Understanding communities and community action- implications for evaluation . What purpose should it serve, who decides, and what data are relevant and appropriate to collect?

3. The importance of dialogue and relationships within communities and between communities and external agencies

4. Coproduction in research and evaluation, policy formulation and innovation

5. The experience of the participants in planning , participating, conducting and using evaluations

6. Critical appraisal of evaluations- working through a practical example
