Gweithdy arfer da sy’n cynnig arweiniad (yn unol â chanllawiau’r Comisiynydd) wrth ddynodi gofynion iaith swyddi, y broses recriwtio, recriwtio staff gyda sgiliau iaith Gymraeg, asesu sgiliau iaith ymgeiswyr, trefniadau ar gyfer hyfforddi, cefnogi ac arfarnu datblygiad sgiliau iaith staff, ymateb i heriau/ cwynion.

Good practice workshop which offers guidance (in line with Commissioner guidance) in designating job language requirements, recruitment process, recruitment of staff with Welsh language skills, assessment of candidates' language skills, arrangements for training, support and appraisal of staff language skills development, response to challenges/ complaints.

Os oes rhaid i IAITH ganslo achlysur am unrhyw reswm, byddwch yn derbyn ad-daliad llawn.

Gallwch wneud cais i ganslo eich archeb ac i dderbyn ad-daliad trwy Eventbrite neu drwy e-bost (i post@iaith.cymru) yn unig.

Codir y ffioedd canlynol ar gyfranogwyr sy’n canslo archeb am le ar gwrs:

• 6 - 15 diwrnod gwaith cyn yr achlysur: Codir 50% o gost y cwrs
• 5 diwrnod gwaith neu lai cyn yr achlysur (neu fethu â mynychu): Codir 100% o gost y cwrs.

If IAITH has to cancel this workshop for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.

You can cancel your booking and request a refund through Eventbrite or via email (to post@iaith.cymru) only.

The following fees will apply in the event of participants cancelling:

• 6 - 15 working days prior to the event: 50% of course fee
• 5 working days or less prior to the event (or non-attendance): 100% of course fee.
