Who is it for?

1. Dual award for aspiring senior leaders in public, private or third sector organisations
2. Typically for people with a minimum of 3 years’management/leadership experience who are looking to develop their strategic leadership capabilities
3. Admission to the programme is dependent on aptitude and experience; prior qualifications are not always necessary

What qualification will be awarded?

1. Successful completion of the Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship Programme will lead to the award of a Lancaster University Masters in Professional Practice (Senior Leadership).
2. There is also an option to achieve professional recognition through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
