Delamar Academy of Make-up & Hair is recognised as the most “prestigious” school of its kind. We have a long history dating back to Tom Smith teaching here (Marylin Monroe’s Make-up Artist in the Prince & The Showgirl), to modern day multi-award winning artists showing our students how the best hair and make-up is done. We are the only school in the world to have graduates who have won Oscars, BAFTAs, Emmys, Vogue Make-up Artist of The Year, Italian Academy Award and Guild Awards. Every year without fail our graduates are nominated for many of these awards. Our reputation for excellence is upheld through constantly hiring the finest artists to teach, updating the techniques that are taught and providing the best products and equipment. All of this would have little impact without the Delamar Agency - providing work opportunities to our graduates.

The Delamar Academy Summer Exhibition is a showcase of our students' work on the 1 Year course - displaying the wide variety of make-up and hair skills that we teach.

Prepare to be surprised and entertained by the array of artistic talent, this year with the addition of performance artists in the chair. Make the most of this fantastic opportunity to watch, learn and speak to the tutors here.

This is event FREE and everyone is welcome.

We will open our doors to the general public, families of students and people who are interested in taking a course here.

The exhibition is on Friday 17 June from 4pm - 8pm GMT

Our Summer Exhibition includes:

Personal or group tours of the whole Academy on request

• Access to our tutors who will be able to answer any questions about their careers or specific subject areas
• A complimentary Delamar Academy goody bag with items
• Interviews with students and graduates
• Demonstrations by our students and tutors
• Performances in character make-up by Royal Academy of Music, Musical Theatre graduates
• Make-up Classrooms full of work showcasing everything from bald caps to drag wigs and so much more

During the Exhibition, you will also have the opportunity to book an interview with the team here, should you be interested in a course.

In order to attend, you must register your details of each person attending. For security reasons we will not be allowing anyone in who has not registered.
