So you have done the hard work and acquired your customers – how do you delight them and engage them to keep them coming back to you and, better still recommend you to their friends and family. In this session, you discover key tips and techniques to improve your customers experience by looking at the whole experience from the customer's point of view.
We will look at the different aspects that affect the customer experience, ways to enhance that and keep it fresh. Course participants will be offered a mystery shopping visit for their business and be supported to use the feedback to create action plans during the workshop using tools and worksheets designed to save you time and make progress faster.
