Event description
Arts Well: Grow is a programme of development for people interested in arts, health and wellbeing.

About this event

Delivering creative activities for social prescribing provides an opportunity for you to find out more about social prescribing models and the contribution your creative practice could make. You will explore the various considerations involved and discuss how to present your proposals.

The session will be delivered by Jayne Howard, Director of Arts Well CIC. Jayne has over 15 years experience of working in arts and health, at both operational and strategic level. She is a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and the RSA.

Feedback from previous workshops has been overwhelmingly positive:

“The workshops were educational, practical and enlightening. They were a great place to learn.”

"Really useful information and advice. Focusing, positive and galvanising."

"Very informative and beautifully delivered. Outstanding!"

"Great to have all the information and links sent through afterwards . Very generous."

Groups will run, using Zoom, with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 16, allowing for plenty of discussion with the emphasis on enabling you to put your learning into practice.

For more information contact Jayne@arts-well.com

In light of the financial impact of Covid-19 upon many freelancers and small arts organisations, this workshop is available for a concessionary price or a donation if you would otherwise be unable to participate.
