National Occupational Therapy Conference Focusing the Delivery of Occupational Therapy for people with ‘Personality Disorder’

Key Note Speakers include:

Alan Hirons - Setting the Scene - The Development of Occupational Therapy Delivery in "Personality Disorder" Services.

Caty Connell (@POPPED_Project) - PHD research occupational narratives and offenders with “Personality Disorder”.

Louise Jeffries – Using VDTMoCA in occupational therapy for people with “Personality Disorder”.

Keir Harding (@KeirWales) – The Future of Occupational Therapy for people with “Personality Disorder”

Workshops will include:

Understanding Self-Harm as an Occupation.

Using Sensory Rooms for People with a Learning Disability and “Personality Disorder”

Endeavour an occupationally grounded group to promote self-care for people with “Personality Disorder”

Using MOHOST scores to identify areas of occupational need and plan interventions for people with “Personality Disorder”

Using a Sensory Awareness Programme to indemnify sensory needs and strategies for people with “Personality Disorder”.

Lunch and regular refreshment will be provide, there are also local food establishments nearby.
