A conference designed to highlight the vast unrealised potential of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and address the most frequently confronted barriers to implementation, allowing organisations to move forward with delivery.  


Speakers from a wide range of professional backgrounds will share their experience of how and where SuDS can best be implemented to create a meaningful and positive outcome for all stakeholders.  Presentations will be delivered in an alternative format to convey relevant information concisely and effectively. 

Speakers include:

Ian Hawthorn Cmgr MCMI - Head of Highways Maintenance and Projects, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham

Cllr Daniel Anderson - Cabinet Member for the Environment, London Borough of Enfield

Matthew Thomas - Prinicpal Policy and Programme Officer for the Environment, Greater London Authority

Sue Illman - Owner of Illman Young Landscape Design Ltd and former President of the Landscape Institute 

Anita Konrad - Director of Strategic Patnerships and Programmes, Groundwork London
