A Journaling & Doodle Gathering for Gentle Exploration and Shared Seeing
Step inside a sensory-led space where pens wander, pages breathe and every mark becomes a moment of reflection. We’ll gather on soft blankets or around shared tables, surrounded by themed materials and meditative sounds. Together, we’ll explore a gentle theme—something open to interpretation, shaped in words and lines.
If you’ve been feeling lonely or stuck indoors, this is a gentle way to step out, breathe, and be held in quiet company.
This space is for adults but older children are welcome with a parent or guardian due to what can be shared.
You’ll be invited to journal, doodle and let the two intermingle in your own rhythm. When our pieces are ready, we’ll share them as offerings. Others may speak what they see—colours, shapes, feelings—before the artist reveals their intent. This gentle exchange reminds us that art holds many truths, and all of them matter.
We’ll close with quiet journaling prompts, open discussion for those who wish, and a simple ritual to carry the energy home.
