Description

This is a really fun session where you will get to meet other colleagues, take in some fresh (London!) air and exercise at lunchtime. The sessions offer a combination of cardio and strength based exercises in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format. Though no prior fitness is required, please inform me in advance of any conditions or injuries so I can assess whether it is suitable for you to attend dee.davison@bydeluxe.com

The session will run from 12.15 – 12.45 in the Park opposite Perivale station. Sessions are FREE!

Please jog from Deluxe House to start warming up, bring water, layers if cold and have a snack mid-morning.

There are showers, changing facilities and lockers on the ground floor of Deluxe House. It is doable to get back to your desk within an hour if you need to, providing you lunch at your desk afterwards!

If it is wet and you come regularly I'd suggest investing in a pair of moulded football stud boots to prevent you slipping. You can pick them up for £20-30 - just ask me if you want any recommendations.

Please note: I am a qualified fitness instructor and will guide you safely through the session, however, due to insurnace reasons the session is run outside of work time and at your own risk (sounds serious but don’t worry it’s a fairly straightforward session and can be taken at your own pace).
