Dementia Aware Denbighshire Community Network

Small changes can make a big difference.

The aim of this Network is to proactively lead on and facilitate initiatives to improve the awareness of Dementia in Denbighshire. Bi- monthly online sessiosn with interesting speakers and updates from local dementia friendly action groups and communities.

The network is open to all individuals, organisations, voluntary and community groups and businesses operating in Denbighshire, people living with dementia and their families & carers, alongside representatives of Third Sector organisations and social enterprises, Town and Community Council Members, Denbighshire County Council, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, who are interested in building a movement for change.

Everyone is welcome to get involved.

On this occasion we will be joined by representatives from Dementia UK and as always we will have an update from Dementia Friendly Communities across Denbighshire.

Rhwydwaith Cymunedau Dementia Ymwybodol Sir Ddinbych

Mae newidiadau bychan yn medru gwneud gwahaniaeth mawr!

Nod y Rhwydwaith hwn yw arwain yn rhagweithiol a hwyluso mentrau i wella ymwybyddiaeth o Ddementia yn Sir Ddinbych. Sesiynau ar-lein bob yn ail fis gyda siaradwyr diddorol a diweddariadau gan grypiau gweithredu a chymunedau lleol sy'n gyfeillgar i ddementia.

Mae'r rhwydwaith yn agored i bob unigolyn, sefydliad, grŵp gwirfoddol a chymunedol a busnes sy'n gweithredu yn Sir Ddinbych, pobl sy'n byw gyda dementia a'u teuluoedd a'u gofalwyr, ochr yn ochr â chynrychiolwyr sefydliadau Trydydd Sector a mentrau cymdeithasol, Aelodau Cyngor Tref a Chymunedol, Cyngor Sir Dinbych, Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Betsi Cadwaladr, sydd â diddordeb mewn adeiladu mudiad ar gyfer newid.

Mae croeso i bawb gymryd rhan.

Ar y tro hwn bydd cynrychiolwyr o Dementia UK yn ymuno â ni ac fel arfer bydd gennym ddiweddariad o Gymunedau Cyfeillgar i Ddiementia ledled Sir Ddinbych.
