Welcome to the DEMENTIA CARERS EVENT!
Join us at Prospect Hospice for an afternoon of support, information, and connection. This event is specially designed for dementia carers to come together, share experiences, and learn from experts and each other. You'll have the opportunity to hear from experts, listen to people with lived experience of being a carer and meet others who understand the challenges you face.
This event is a valuable opportunity for you to connect, learn, and understand more about the dementia caregiving pathway, in a welcoming and understanding environment.
