Film screening of The Jungle Book at Sutton-in-Ashfield Library that is particularly suitable for people living with dementia.

Sutton-in-Ashfield Library is delighted to be hosting a series of relaxed screenings of films and musicals. 

The Jungle Book. 

When Bagheera thePanther finds baby Mowgli in the Indian jungle, abandoned and vulnerable, hepasses him over to a pair of Wolves who raise him as one of their own. Littledid they know that Shere Khan the Tiger's return to the Jungle many yearslater, would mean Mowgli having to leave the jungle for his own safety. Watchas Bagheera and Baloo the Bear try to convince Mowgli to re-join humancivilisation in this Disney Classic, based on Rudyard Kipling's novel '˜TheJungle Book'.

Doors will open 15 minutes before the screening and there will be a 20 minute interval. We will be sensitive to the audience when it comes to lighting and volume. Screening will be taking place in the meeting room on the second floor, lift available.
