Dementia Hot Potato '2'
After the success of our first 'hot potato' conference and workshop session in Tonbridge (July 4th)
we are going to re-run the event in the East of Kent for all those who were unable to attend the first one.
This is a FREE to attend event for those professionals and residents in Kent with an interest in the subject matter.

We will be discussing subjects and situations which may be seen to be controversial or awkward to deal with.
The objective is to encourage conversations, facilitate sharing of good practice and generate ‘points to consider’ all of which will be used to build a tool kit for Kent.
Subjects may include: Dementia and Disability, Learning Disability, Race, Culture, Language, Religion, Sexuality, Gender, Carers Lives and Emotions, Age and Workforce
We have arranged with the Kings Hall for them to provide Hot drinks Mid morning/Mid afternoon and also a light lunch for attendees
Outside of this people can purchase extra refreshments - Hot drinks fro the onsite cafe, and during the lunch break people can acess the onsite cafe or bar for drinks.
There is limited disabled parking at the venue- so if you need disabled parking please do let me know ASAP. Other than this, parking is on street around the venue, and in the large carpark on the seefront.
