What does my ticket include?

Your ticket offers you 40 minutes of riding on the bike chosen when booking, along with all the help and expertise you need to get the most from your ride.

What time does the event run from and to?

The event runs from 10am until 3pm, when the last ride of the day will set off from the The Summit. You should arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your ride slot time to ensure we have time to get you set up on your chosen bike.

What do I need to bring on the day?

You'll need to bring one form of photo ID. A driving license will be great, or a passport and utility bill will be a suitable alternative. For riders under 18, a parent/guardian will need to bring ID. You'll need to bring a helmet. NO HELMET = NO RIDE.

Can I bring family/friends?

You're very welcome to bring family and friends, however if they want to ride with you, they'll either need to book their own ticket for a bike or bring their own. ONLY the booked rider will be insured to ride the bike on hire.

Why is the minimum age 14?

The UK minimum legal age to ride an electric bike in a public place is 14, and so we cant offer test rides to those under this age.
