-Review how you have embedded your core values so far with key client/professional connection relationships.

-Focus on how to share your ‘client story’ with conviction and confidence using your key attributes, skills and knowledge.

-Develop your skills of assertiveness to maximise your impact with existing, new and potential clients and professional connections.

**** Please ensure you bring along a copy of your Core Values identified in the first session as well as a copy of your completed ‘ideal client’ template ****

  • Review how you have embedded your core values with key relationships so far and explore how you can leverage your values further
  • Create and share your ‘client story’ to inform and educate existing / new clients and professional connection relationships
  • Develop your skills of assertiveness to maximise client relationships and future opportunities
  • Identify and document your key attributes, skills and knowledge to further demonstrate and strengthen the value you bring to clients

Speaker Bio

Rachael Hurdman is the Director and Founder of Arch inspire. She established the business in 2016 after a successful career within Financial Services for over 20 years (Rachael spent the last 10 years at AXA and Aegon as a Management and Business Consultant, consulting extensively with U.K financial planning practices and leading and managing platform consultancy teams).

Rachael works with individuals, teams and businesses to inspire people and performance through a range of coaching and consulting solutions. The purpose of Arch inspire is to inspire people to lead themselves and in turn others.

Rachael works closely with a number of Financial Planning businesses at all levels as both a coach and a consultant. She also works across a range of sectors including, Legal, Accountancy, Education, Charity, Marketing, Engineering and Design.

Rachael is a certified coach with the Coaching Academy, a member of the Association for Coaching, a Master NLP Practitioner, a EQ-i (emotional intelligence practitioner) and a MBTI and DiSC practitioner.

Rachael is also a keen runner, having run her third London Marathon this year for Samaritans. She lives in the West Midlands with her husband, daughter and twin boys.
