This workshop is for people in from charities, voluntary & community organisations, faith group and social enterprises in Barking and Dagenham
This 1 day session has been designed for those working with children, young people and families from small to medium voluntary and/or community sector organisations who are new to, or want to refresh their knowledge on, demonstrating the impact of their work. The course is based around how to use a Theory of Change and will help your organisation create the activities for your project that will assist you in collecting the right data to measure your effectiveness.
with a targeted number of groups from the voluntary, community and sector working with children and young people across Barking and Dagenham to develop skills and knowledge about using resources and tools to illustrate that their work is making a positive change in young people’s lives.

statutory sector leads, policy makers and funders by ensuring that they are engaged in this process; enabling them to implement the changes on the ground.
By the end of this session you will:
- Have an increased awareness of how to use the Theory of Change model and an understanding of its benefit to your organisation
- Be able to create a Theory of Change that can be shared with colleagues within your organisation and used for other projects
- Be able to identify the next steps required to put the process into action
There will be a booking limit of no more than two people from any one organisation. There will be a sandwich lunch for this event.
