Join us on the 7th March 2017 to hear a lecture entitled 'Sharing the Gospel in Intense Conflict' by Canon Dr Andrew White, the Anglican vicar commonly known as the 'Vicar of Baghdad'.


Andrew is the President of Jerusalem Merit and CAW Reconciliation Ministries. Previous to this he was the President and founder of the Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle East and Director of International Ministry at the International Centre for Reconciliation at Coventry Cathedral. Until 2014, Canon White was the vicar of St. George's Church, Baghdad, until his departure for the sake of security, order by the Archbishop of Canterbury.


The Deo Gloria Lecture is an annual event that is run by London School of Theology in partnership with the Deo Gloria Trust. The lecture is non-Academic and accessible by nature and aims to encourage people in their walk with God and in evangelism. Previous lecturers have included Canon J.John, Eugene Cho, Shane Claiborne & Heidi Baker.
