The Department of Mathematics, at the University of Manchester, is hosting the annual PhD Open Day on the 26th February 2020.

About this Event

Feel free to come along and meet our academics and current PhD students to see what studying at Manchester is like!

Details of the day are as follows:

14:00 – Registration (Outside Frank Adams 1 & 2, 1st floor of the Alan Turing Building)

14:15 - 'Introduction to PhD Study’ by the PhD Director Professor Matthias Heil to be followed by an introduction to the Postgraduate Research Programme Directors, in Frank Adams 1 & 2.

14:45 - Refreshments on the Atrium Bridge. This will provide an opportunity for informal discussions about our postgraduate research programmes with academics and current students.

16:00 – Close
