Deputy Manager Training Programme

The Deputy Manager Training Programme will help you learn how to confidently lead your team, to explore your leadership style and ensure that you have the skills and knowledge to demonstrate outstanding leadership and management, not just during an inspection, but every single day.

You will explore strategic leadership and learn how to effectively conduct supervisions, disciplinaries and manage conflict. You will consider your role in the EYFS/EIF and how to lead and manage your team successfully and safely.

Our Deputy Manager Training Programme will help you to reflect on your leadership journey and consider the actions and steps you need to take to ensure effective early years leadership and management in your setting and our experienced coaches will help you to develop reflective, robust and meaningful leadership, creating a strong team culture and driving your setting forward.
